Why Join?

01.
Why Networking is now so important.

Networking is the way to achieve many things you need, such as – getting sales, finding staff, and identifying investors, customers, and suppliers. But the reason I am so interested in Networking is because research shows that people who have strong and diverse networks live longer, are stronger mentally and physically, earn more money and are happier—I kind of like all of these. Research also shows that the number one predictor of career success is being in an open rather than a closed network.

02.
How to Audit you network.

This is about researching your network as you think about these 3 key questions:

  1. Is my network good enough for where I want to be in the next five years?
  2. What do I need to do now to build my network for a rapidly changing world?
  3. I have a network, but is it the right one?

03.
A 4 Step Process to Building your network.

Having made the decision to focus on your network and to take action, then there are 4 distinct phases to follow to build a stronger network:

  1. Research
  2. Cultivation
  3. Asking
  4. Stewardship
